About Michael Green - Director
After joining the Royal Marines at 16, Michael progressed to become a commissioned officer, undertaking numerous leadership and management roles, culminating in a military HR role which enabled qualification as a Chartered HR professional. Since leaving the Royal Marines, Michael has been an HR Manager with an independent training provider (Dartington Tech) based in Paignton, Head of HR with East Devon College based in Tiverton and worked in a variety of senior HR roles within a national charitable trust, The Guinness Partnership.
Having established a particular interest in SMEs and not for profit organisations Michael has now established Endorse HR as a limited company to specialise in the delivery of Human Resources and Employment Relations advice designed to meet the specific needs of such organisations on a practical and cost effective basis.
